There are nearly 600 local organizations that provide PATH services.

RCCAA is proud to provide services for the Projects for Assistance In Transition from Homelessness initiative.  PATH is a program that provides case management to homeless individuals suffering from mental illness, substance abuse, or coexisting disorders. The PATH program is available to residents of the Pine Haven Center.

PATH provides services to people with serious mental illness, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders, who are experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless.
