TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMS
Raleigh Express Transit Routes
Raleigh County Community Action Association operates a transit system consisting of two city and two county shuttle routes to provide transportation to the residents of Beckley and Raleigh County. All shuttle buses are ADA approved.
Dial-A-Ride
Raleigh County Community Action Association offers curb to curb transportation to the general public to doctor's offices, hospitals, shopping, etc... Transportation is provided by appointment only.
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation for Medicaid Patients
RCCAA offers non-emergency transportation to your doctor's appointments. We accept Medicaid for payment of non-emergency medical transportation to medical appointments (some exclusions apply).
Medicaid eligibility must be verified prior to out of town trips. Transportation out of town has limited availability and must be scheduled in advance.
Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC) & New Freedom
Raleigh County Community Action Association transports individuals to and from work, school, and employment training. Transportation is arranged by submitting a schedule in advance. Services are available on a first come, first serve basis.

*We will deviate up to 3/4 mile from the route with a day ahead call.
Hearing impaired clients are encouraged to use 711 WV relay.
